- Provide a safe culture through leadership, assuring safety to be a paramount concern to Tucorp;
- Ensuring commitment to safe work practices across all our work sites;
- Complying with current legislation, codes and relevant industry guidelines;
- Design of safe practices into all aspects of our work to eliminate hazard at design stage;
- Maintaining safety management systems throughout the workplace and at all individual projects, that in turn meet accreditation requirements;
- Investigations and corrective actions to be undertaken across all Tucorp sites, where safety related incidents are reported;
- Implementing consultations with subcontractors and all other personnel through consultative processes and safety committees;
- Allocation appropriate resources to provide optimum measures of safe work.
